Metro Cinemas Bathurst, shock horror! The ceiling collapses in Cinema 3 during a wild thunderstorm that hit the town just about lunchtime on Monday. I had only visited it to see the third Narina movie, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, in 3D, in the same theatre the day before. The cinema-goers were very lucky to have escaped with nothing more than cuts and bruises. Two more people were seriously injured. They had to go to the hospital. Metro Cinemas has five cinemas, but it's a shame that no movie is showing next week. The cinema is closed for repairs, and we are uncertain when it will reopen.Back to Home
