Review
SUPER 8 is scary but similar to Steven Spielberg's E.T. and his few other classics, thanks to its director, J.J. Abrams, who takes inspiration from these features. He has brought the suspense of a science-fiction movie to life. This film had a nice feel. It emphasises the value of our friends when we are in our youth. The adventures we embark on, the independence we gain and learning what friendship is.

It contained an even blend of drama and mystery that keeps your eyes glued to the screen throughout this entertaining hit. If you enjoy the science-fiction genre, then this movie is for you.

Star rating: (4/5) Good Movie
