Review
Remembering in 2011, I posted my review analysis on the first CAPTAIN AMERICA movie (click here) when shown on screen theatres. Now years have passed and in return, the star spangled American hero is back for his own exciting sequel. The mighty Marvel brand is having shown no sign of ceasing production of their mega hit movie legends any time soon. Disney is the owners of Marvel and has being known to fund Marvel's projects. First things come first in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLIDER, which is best described as a patriotic/espionage action blockbuster. While I'm no fan of the Marvel heroes, I do think the story is better than the overrated IRON MAN 3 (click here). On the flip side, another film that soars with triumph is the solid-breaking THOR: THE DARK WORLD (click here) in terms of not have the plot go undeveloped.

In terms of acting, the originals like Chris Evans seemed to be still getting used to the costume as the original American super-hero. We have Robert Redford as one of the supporting cast leads as he plays a senior authoritative in S.H.I.E.L.D. Though he is a veteran actor and I haven't seen much of his talented work in any of his famed classics. Sebastian Stan comes back in the sequel and is perfectly chosen as the titled arch-foe.

It worked me hard to write that I'm no fan of Captain America since he represents the foreign country and I'm particularly a pure born-Aussie. I had once read one comic issue of Captain America roughly 30 times and it's set to the time where he was unfrozen. I think THE WINTER SOLIDER is an all-time great feature, just going to be a near-perfect addition in the quadrilogy.

Star rating: (8/10) Very Good Movie
